ABSTRACT and PAPER SUBMISSION

The presenters and participants of this WET2020-online are limited to the JSWE members and students whose supervisors are JSWE members.

Abstract (150-200 words, Acknowledgements included if necessary, should be submitted to the WET2020-online Scientific Committee electronically on this page.

To prepare the abstract, please see and use the abstract instruction template (MS Word(R)).

You are requested to type your abstract onto this template using the fonts, sizes and other formatting instructions given on that.

The deadline for the abstract submission is 24th 31st August, 2020.

Presenters also shall register as participants electronically from this page, and the registration fee must be paid by 9th October, or the presentation will be canceled.

If you also submit your full paper to JWET, the paper should be provided in electronic form through the online submission site https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jwet , after completion of the abstract submission.
The full paper must follow “JWET: Instructions to Authors”, which is available at http://www.jswe.or.jp/eng/publications/instructions/index.html.
Please check the latest Instructions. The Instructions had revised in July 2019.
The name of electronic file should consist of the paper ID of WET2020-online and first author‘s family name in capital letters (Paper ID_NAME).
Articles should be prepared using the templates available on the website(http://www.jswe.or.jp/eng/publications/instructions/index.html).

ABSTRACT and PAPER REVIEWING

Each submission to WET2020-online will be reviewed anonymously by at least two independent reviewers based on their relevance, originality, technical content and significance to a broad audience. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Papers submitted to JWET will be subjected to the normal peer-review process.
Abstracts and papers of a purely commercial nature will be rejected.
